We contracted with Bob Riddick Roofing on the replacement of two houses on SML. They also performed additional work (skylight replacement, gutter repair and installed a chimney cap). While there was a multi-month delay in getting started, both houses were completed on time, on budget and with extreme professionalism.
The crews and supervision were on point from start to finish. The team removed one roof that had been in very poor condition. Opportunities were plenty to where BRR could of taken advantage of us. However, this was never the case. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction was best in class.
It was also great to see their adoption of technology. From the initial quote, to performing the work and then at completion, we were able to track their progress through their easy to use app. Once engaged the entirety of the process was not only professional but highly enjoyable.
